under a circumstance when i go story mode while beeing live , i would have to hide many parts of game like very 10 minutes -_-

While it may not be the easiest, it's still possible to hide it if needed and it's still both your choice an within your control if you choose to do so.

As for what game companies allow players to use their games on YouTube, google:

That should bring you to a site that lists most every developer and their rules, although, for your own safety, it's wise to check any developers webpage as well to confirm their stance.
