I noticed when I watch my videos on my Mac book the quality is blurry and it changes from the quality I filmed in 1080p to auto and when I watch it on my iPhone it looks better but it looks really clear the same as it did when I filmed when I’m watching on my data instead of using my WiFi. I asked other people to watch it on their phone, computer, tv and they all say it looks fine, is it my internet connection making it look like that and making switch to a lower setting 480 instead of hd, it does that when I’m watching other people as well sometimes it switch to 720 but never shows hd would that be my internet?

If you have a poor internet connection the player will throttle-down to a lower resolution. When in the player you should be able to manually set it to a higher resolution so it looks better, but it might buffer/stutter while watching.
 
I'd also suggest double checking your resolution settings on your Mac too. Have you checked other applications and YouTube videos, or do you find it's just limited to yours? That may be the answer to your question my friend.

It sometimes does it with other videos and a lot lot of time when I’m watching Netflix[DOUBLEPOST=1516906809,1516906663][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yeah I set higher but it buffers too much
