promoting your channel

every 4+ months or so, a new video goes up, all my social media accounts get updated, maybe a couple gifs for tumblr and twitter.

I share to a few sites that would really enjoy it. if its pokemon I go to pokememes, and the twitchplayspokemon subreddit, my next one's undertale so ill be posting in the undertale reddit,
 
I don't use Facebook anymore because it doesn'thave as much appeal to me as it once did. That being said, Facebook is still a huge platform. I'd recommend finding fan pages related to the kind of videos you make and engaging with them which will make them inclined to check out your conent. This same strategy should be done on all major social media platforms, such as Instagram and Twitter, it can really help exposure.
 
Okay usually what i do is post the video info i'm going to be releasing,then when i release the video on Youtube i share it on Twitter,Instagram,Reddit,Facebook and tumblr.Then i post mini clips of the videos on my channel on instagram.
