Promoting the site?

Was thinking about making a video for youtube suggesting/promoting this site to try and get as many people to come here as possible. Would this be ok or not? I hope a moderator or some one can read this. Would love some feed back on this idea. I figure the more people we get to join the community the better.

That being said it's not like I have a huge audience but I figure any thing is better than nothing
