Hey im new here and I need some advice. I have a channel that is about fitness, health, dieting and losing weight and I have 22 videos with tips and advice. I only have 204 subscribers since two years ago and 4000 views in total on my videos. How can I promote my videos more and get more subs and video views? Thanks.

You could try posting a promotional thread in our Video Promotion forum each time you release a new video, that way we could watch and also see if we can give you a bit of feedback. You might also want to try out our Channel Promotion forum too but we would need to see it to give you more specific advice.
