"Professional" YouTube Consultation

$198 60min for someone letting me know my channel is fine? Damn! @jjustgreg can you tell us a bit more?

Sorry for the extemely late reply! First off, let me explain what my personal experience was with the Social Blade Consultation.

First off, when they say "We offer more tips, tricks and info than you can find online" , that's b******t (Excuse my French).
I have paid for the service, and I will ofcourse tell you my side.

For me, they did somewhat research on my channel, and we talked about my channel for 60 minutes.

We talked about thumbnails,Tags,Hashtags,Descriptions etc (The basics).
The reason I say "Somewhat" research, is because as we were going through the points (The tips etc), he discovered that I already was using these "Tips/Tricks".
At that point we basically came to the conclusion that I had to refine some of it, here and there and that for my channel to grow it would be "A matter of time".

At this point, I got a bit upset, and I honestly asked him "Was this it? You said I already knew this, isn't there any way for me to grow? Any tips on growing what so ever?"
And he got a little bit upset too (To my understanding, I could be wrong), and he said "Welp, there is no magic tip that will make your channel blow up! So, it's just a matter of time".
He also stated that I could use the Social Blade chat, to talk to him more and see how the channel goes from time to time.

However, on the social blade site it states "25% or something growth in 6 WEEKS!"
3 weeks after the conversation, I asked him if he could check out my channel, and see if I'm doing things correctly. He did it, but he was absolutely NOT AMUSED.
Then I asked "Shall I come back in 2-3 weeks? Because on the site it says growth in 6 weeks, so we can recap on the 6th week?"
He said "No, come back in a few months, growth isn't that easy" and left the chat.

I haven't spoken to them since, I could give you a full consultation for free, seeing I'm apparently an "Expert" already.

Listen, Social Blade Consultation could benefit you, if you have no idea wtf you are doing, it's a good way to have someone from the outside looking in, and help you a bit.
But is it worth 200 Dollars imho? For me, the answer is NO.

TL;DR:
Their tips/tricks are easy to find on Google or with your network.
If you have been doing YouTube for longer than 6 months, it might not be worth your money.
Ask other creators to give you tips and tricks, it's cheaper.
