problems with my mic

I don't know for sure why it started working but what I did was open realtek go to the mic turn the mic boost all the way down, muted the playback sound and the recording volume, then unmuted the recording volume and the buzzing went away, I can still hear the mic on the computer all the time but the static and buzzing and all that went away it sounds crystal now
 
I seem to be one of the rare cases with this problem when I want use the live com audio on elgato after a couple secs i get some weird static noise. I can't find the problem.
I got an ex here on this video notice at the start of the video when I say "OMG the lag that I just saw" notice the static noise that it makes youtube mrsoldier1hd and watch the video called "Black Ops Snipers are The Best of all Call of Duty games "L96A1 Beast Mode"

My pc specs are i3 with 3.1ghz with 8G of ram so its a pc rushing problem, and my Gain on the elgato is not over the limit I put like at 0

every time I do a live com i got record my voice separately on sony vegas to have a clean sound only the elgato makes this problem, i already uninstall the elgato and re install and nothing fix. btw I use astros A40 and a blusnowball both mics make the same problem
