Problems Importing iPhone video clips into Sony Vegas

So I've been trying to take clips that I filmed on my iPhone 6s Plus and edit them for videos in Sony Vegas Pro 13. For some reason, everytime I drag it into the software the file type (.MOV) is apparently not compatable with Sony Vegas. I have had to go to some websites to convert the files to an .mp3 but that's entirely too time consuming (takes more time to convert the files on these sites than to edit, render and upload). Does anybody have any alternatives, if so please leave a comment.

I used to have that problem too. Sony was really sticky about importing files from other brands. You could download Super, which will convert your files for you. It's basically the same thing you're doing now though, just not over the web. I ended up switching to Premiere 'coz Vegas was so picky. As far as I know, there's no other way to import your files without converting them. Soz! >.<
