Problem with Final Cut Pro X

Heyyyyy,
I edit my videos with Final Cut Pro x for Mac, but I've got a weird problem.
Sometimes whilst editing green spots appears in different places in my project and it takes a hell of a time to remove them. My only solution to this problem has been to split my video into smaller bits in maybe 5-10 different projects while editing, but the green spots still appears sometimes.

My life would be a lot easier if I somehow could get rid of the appearing green spots forever. Someone who knows how to fix this?

Thanks! :-)

Have you tried exporting to see if they come up in the final video?
I use the same software but have never come across this TBH.

What's your procedure for removing them?

The problem is that your using final cut x.. Which is just a horrible "app" :') I would try and go for Final Cut Pro 7 or adobe premiere instead.. A lot less problem with those 2 :)

X is much better than 7. Plus you can't get 7 unless you dig up a hard copy

Yes, X is pretty glitchy but I don't think 7 works with 10.8
Thats why you would go for premiere cs6 ;)
X is just a buffed up version of Imovie with a hefty price.. we use 7 at college and they seem to get copies without a problem.. theyre moving to premiere pro cs6 soon which I cant wait for cause thats what I use at home

I don't disagree with Adobe being better, but X is far better than 7
