Every audio recording has a samplerate that is used to record the audio, CD uses 44.1kHz while most film uses 48kHz. If you put an 44.1kHz audio file in a 48kHz project you might get out of sync audio because the audio plays at a faster or slower rate due to the difference in samplerate.

Hmm, when you render the clip, although the audio is out of sync in AE, is the output audio/video out of sync?
Damn, have you had a look on Google for anything relating your problem? I wish I could provide more help, but this has never happened to meI have tried that also.. after render same problem.

The footage have 48kHz Stereo audio !

I used to have that issue once in awhile in AE if my RAW file is to long or a TS video file. I found that using Handbrake on it would correct the problem most of the time when I made the file size a little smaller.

because the size of the gameplay is 1.80 GB hm..will try to make is smaller in handbrake and then will update you.
