This goes in the Reviews & Channel Feedback section of the forum, I'll move it there for you. As well, it is against YTtalk rules to ask people to check out your channel outside of the video section and channel review forum :)

No offense man but you're asking alot of questions that some research would show you if you'd just do some searching around the forum, plus this thread and the subs thread are basically the same question. I'd just look around the forum and not make quite so many "give me advice" threads at once. We have a whole section dedicated to partnership everything you need to know is there too :)
