Right so I know there are these three options I was just wondering if there was a way to make a video so only people who subscribe to you can see it?
 
I don't think so, no. :/
Public: Everyone can see it.
Private: Only you can see it.
Unlisted: Everyone that has the link can see it.

To my knowledge anyway ;)
 
Nope, there's not.

The only way you could do this is if you put it on unlisted and gave out the link. Though anyone with the link can see it.
 
If you have 5000 subs you have some options like that. They're pretty new but like for instance you can only let your top fans view a video, which are your subscribers with highest engagement

Really :o never heard of that, although I probably wouldn't get to 5000 subs until like 2022 lool
 
Not unless you know the names/emails of everyone that is subscribed to you... Then you can make it a private video available only to the selected people. The only thing is they can only watch it from the email they receive.

Unfortunately not :( This is a feature that I'd like to see implemented too.

It would provide channels great leverage to be able to say "subscribe and get access to our weekly subscriber-only videos" or whatever. As it stands, the only real benefit of subbing to a channel is to get an email notification of a new public video.
