So guys i think that this is a real problem starting to get dangerous on YouTube and I don't mean like smack cam level stuff I mean walking down the street grabing girls asses or acting like a bomb is gonna go off or even acting like your best friend just died and then at the end say "haha its just a prank chill" and like ok I know this isn't real cuz if it was then he would be in jail or heavy fined or somthing serious cuz that craps illegal ! And kids see this and believe it so if they did it they would end up in so SERIOUS CRAP. But eh that's just my opinion wanted to talk about this with you guys what do you think ? Prank channels harmless or dangerous?
 
Idiotic and dangerous. If some kid gets caught trying to replicate that you bet your a** he's going to get beat up or spend some time in jail.
 
Can I vote twice? I feel dependant on how big a scale the pranks are the more dangerous they become. For example some people do amazing pranks were they do something then give back something to the person being pranked in order to clear the waters type deal (RomanAtWood sometimes).

But then there are pranks or 'Social Experiments' that are just plain stupid that will cause someone to get hurt or worse. The likes of the "in the hood" pranks are literally only to get a reaction of something like I have mentioned above.

Yes people may laugh at the videos for certain reactions and call it harmless fun, but I reckon it will take someone to literally get killed before people realise how stupid and dangerous they are actually being.

But then again there are some amazing pranks that just fill you with happiness and positivity which there really should be more off. YouTube should be a place for people to get a smile out of and a way to spread positivity - In my personal opinion.

If I ever manage to get some videos up then they will most certainly be putting the message across of positivity or at least attempt to brighten up people's day!!

Yea man I know what you mean that's why I said I'm not talkin about slap cam kinda stuff or little ones like hehe I hid your phone lol, but yea praks or even little jokes are fine but there is a balance were u don't have to be SO safe to were it ruins the joke but don't over do it to were u get someone hurt
 
There are prank videos which go to the extreme of sexual harassment. Making a prank video of you slapping a girl's buttocks or running naked in the streets (there is a prank video about that) is already crossing the boundaries.
 
Prank channels are good as long as they don't hurt anyone. Like being an a**hole and grabbing the girls, scaring someone, using fireworks to scare someone. They are all pointless. The pranks should be balanced like doing a magic trick or something related to it.
