Posting Vids in 2 different languages/different locations

I have dual nationality and spend a lot of my time between both countries (UK and Germany). As I speak both languages I thought of uploading The vids I make in both languages. I don't see how an english speaking vid would get much views in Germany and vice versa. Would you advise me to do 2 channels and Dub the voice in the other language over the video so I can upload the video in the other country.

As far as I understand youtube promotes videos locally first, something that makes US videos hard to notice in Europe. Maybe I can exploit this and post videos from 2 different locations. There is just the language barrier to be worried about. Germans actually speak english quite well too.

OR do you have any other suggestions?

It would be a lot of work but I think it's a good idea. Why don't you try some and see how they work out. There are a lot of suggestions all over but I find experimenting helps.

I did that for my brazilian audience, created a new channel to post some of the videos with the audio in portuguese. You can try to make subtitles, but I personally dont like them.
