Posting to Youtube: Private videos vs uploading daily

STAY SMOKEY PEOPLE!
If I have let's say 10 episodes of a series right. That I want to come out Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 3 weeks straight on that schedule should I just upload them all as private videos then make them public the day it is supposed to come out? Or do I have to upload them each of those days and hope it arrives on time?
 
i think you could do it either way or just upload to video to scheduled and then set the time and date you want your videos to be public and it will go public automatically. I dont if it will affect your views but just experiment and hopefully everything workds out
 
YouTube have a schedule option, when you're uploading, it will give you this option, you can set a video to be released at a certain time on a certain date.

Your account has to be verified and Monetization needs to be enabled (your videos don't have to have it enabled, just your account to use it) afaik to use Scheduled uploads.
 
Do you have the schedule Option like @Scobalula suggested? That is what we use. You can put as many as you want on and just have them set to release at a certain time and day.

I didn't know anything about that. I know that I try to make as many episodes as possible ready to go that way I dont have to post the product that's done right now then make people wait a week for the next one to be finished. It makes more sense to take time away from uploading to try and build a "back catalog" so that i'll always be ahead instead of behind.[DOUBLEPOST=1397417306,1397417215][/DOUBLEPOST]How do I go about doing that exactly? Do I just upload all of them as private then tell it i want this episode to be released tomorrow, next day, next day?

I'm pretty sure that only appears when you're partnered. Just partner up with YouTube but keep monetization turned off to get scheduled uploads. Another suggestion would be to upload as public but do not click publish until the day you want to release it.
