22% So about the same as when I started, highest I've seen it go was 25% which ain't exactly good either.
 
Need to mention how long your videos are to be more accurate. You can have someone with a 80% retention rate but there vids are under 5 minutes each. Then someone has a 30% rate but all the there videos are between 10-20 mins.
Of course the shorter the video, the better the retention.

This is a great point.
 
Because of when I got botted 46k+ views, my audience retention is all messed up and inaccurate. My overall retention is 12%..

Though when I look at the stats after the botting happened, my retention is 51%
 
Lifetime: 66%
Probably because all my vids are under 3 minutes. I do clay Pokemon videos and tutorials (only done 2 tutorials so far).

It varies for me, on average I would say my videos are around 15-20mins but I don't think anyone watches the whole video even when I do shorter videos anyways. Most gaming channels average around 10mins so the videos are naturally longer than most genres out there. 1 of the downsides to doing playthroughs, you kind of need to end it in the right spot. I usually try to go mission by mission so it's sectioned well but sometimes developers like to make missions tail onto other missions, like ACIV, I ended up with like a 30-40min video because the missions started 1 right after the other and didn't stop after like 3 missions.
 
Both my lifetime and my last 30 days stats are at 52%. My videos are anywhere from 1-8 minutes, typically around 1-3. I do vlogs (obviously).
 
I'm assuming this is what you guys are talking about?
