Possible to Access 2011 version of Youtube?

Hi everyone, I know this is totally out of left field, but does anyone know if it's possible to access/use the 2011(and prior) version of Youtube? Say if there is a program or an add on...
(It's for file recovery purposes that need this version to work)

Well there is the wayback machine but you won't be able to use a fully functional one though as far as I know.

No I dont think that Google has left any chance for us to access 2011 version of YOUTUBE
