Possible copyright problem?

Loving The Gameplay
Hey guys, just after a little advice. I have started a LP of Borderlands 2 and wanted viewers to enjoy the opening sequence on the train. However, YouTube has picked up the audio as a copyrighted song. I have acknowledged this and now see a "Acknowledged third party content" message next to the vid in the video manager. I am in good standing with Youtube and I am NOT monetizing this video although my account is enabled for monetization.

Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this one? I'm purely in this for fun and dont want to end up in trouble with the copyright monkeys.

Would appreciate any constructive advice :)

That shouldn't really be a problem tbh, there would be a difference if it was monetised, but since you haven't asked to make money off it you should be ok :)

It's difficult for someone that's not partnered with a network to deal with these kinds of things.
Try to avoid the cutscenes I suppose, it would be bad if you got strikes for something silly like this.
