Your intro is a bit too long. I'd recommend keeping it under 10 seconds. Also be very careful with the music you use. I noticed your intro song is a Ray Jr song. I'd recommend using royalty free music from sites such as http://www.bensound.com/, http://incompetech.com/ and YouTube's audio library. Also consider getting a better mic as there were a lot of times the audio wasn't very clear or I couldn't make out what you were saying. That's about it from my end.
