Hello there!
I will start with the SEO of the video. You did not put any keywords into the description, which is not good. Secondly, you need to put the most important tags then put the less important tags or the tags that won't be searched much. If someone searches your name, I am pretty sure that even if you had your name tagged at the end instead of the front. He will still find your video the first one.
For the outro, you need more than just an annotation in the middle. Put the video into that empty box you had and then add the annotation. I found it a bit... weird to just have an annotation without any video in that box. You can check professional Youtuber's outro or my outro to check exactly for what I mean.

Thanks honestly I meant to put the video overlay in like my last video which is what I normally do but it was 3 am and by the time I realized it the video had 15 minutes left to upload. Thanks for the feedback.Hello there!
