Your videos are amazing, id just suggest you should make an intro for your videos, and when you do live commentaries or just regular commentaries, id suggest to talk a little bit louder or edit your voice to sound a little bit louder, and it would not hurt if you talked about some game related topics on your channel that interest you.
 
Banners nice. The bottomish two playlists look a little repetitive, but the green and pink look nice and catches the eye.

I'd recommend a shorter trailer video, keep it between 30 seconds and 2 minutes max. I even noticed some dead time in your present video. (you were just facing a wall and for at least 10-15 seconds) Keep it action packed. Clip all the filler.

If you can catch a lot of views on a good featured video, then peeps might dig around your other vidz too.
