I need reviews on my channel.
It's a gaming channel, and I've seen quite some people with them. Their banners seem much better, and their avatars are either created by themselves or simply just a picture of themselves.
Also, is my layout okay? I don't want to drive people away by a bunch of misleading playlists and a video for new subscribers that sucks.

Please give me feedback, criticism and whatever else you can think of! I would really appreciate it.

I think that your banner could probably use work (it might help to look up the ideal dimensions and then throw together something which has the important details in that space), but otherwise, it looks good! Your playlists could be more front-and-center: put whatever one you like best or enjoy most as a subsection, in addition to having a subsection of all your playlists. Maybe even your two favorite series (lets play XYZ game and also lets play ABC game).
