Nice channel you got there. I think just some of the custom thumbnails a bit of touching up and I think your youtube banner needs a darker background so your name and sub areas stand out a bit more.

Your thumbnails are okay, maybe you can lay some bold text in some of your videos, put some design and give it an awesome look :)
I think your talking power is nice, but your audio is bombarding somewhere, you should try getting new mic :)
Your outro is pretty cool!
