Please Help So p****d Someone Ripped My Video

I have filed claims on many videos and channels. It takes less than 24 hours to have the video removed.

Edit: you won't believe how much you can get on the internet with court law bs, I got Riot to delete my old account which was perm banned so I could get the name back, I get my 3 imitators to delete their Youtube channels. And much more which I would be in trouble for admitting to.

The guy constantly reuploads other people's videos. I hardly doubt he is going to reply because to me it seems he hardly gives a crap the amount of stuff he has uploaded. If the guy was with a network, more could of possibly been done. But I'm afraid the only way I see this is that he has to through Google's system.
 
Probably just because it's the weekend. Just be patient, YouTube always takes the video down if you file a DMCA takedown.
 
I had someone steal the audio from one of my videos to make a stupid Toontown game video thing. Everyone was commenting "hahaha, you're so funny!!" and mentioning specific parts (things *I* said!) and saying how funny they were.

The grating part is that this person commented on my original video "hey, can I use the audio from this to make a video? I'm assuming you're gonna say yes so I'm gonna go ahead and do it!" Asking permission but saying you're going to do something regardless of whether you've received permission IS NOT ASKING PERMISSION.

I messaged the person and asked them to take the video down, and made sure to tell them I was not happy that they used my stuff without waiting for permission. They took it down, no problem. Maybe if you ask the person who stole your video to take it down, they would? You don't even have to be nasty about it. Most people will be embarrassed that they got caught and just take it down.
 
These people have always annoyed me, like those who reupload say, Gangam Style or something hoping that it will make them big on Youtube and they will get thousands of views. People who have no originality, who don't put in the HARD WORK to make Youtube videos that still gain thousands of view by plagiarising other peopels work are scum at the end of the day, plain and simply scum.
