Please Help, Quality issues.

How do I get better quality up in this place? I am using FRAPS, and sony vegas pro 13, and recording at 1920X1080, rendering the same, with all teh high quality settings I can find. My rig is plenty fast enough, Its a higher end gaming and editing computer It records great, but when I upload to youtube It nerfs ALL minecraft footage to 360p!!! I have recorded Titanfall ect, and can get up to 720 on those, but that was before my last editor crashed. Maybe a problem with sony vegas? I was using camtaisa studio 8 before, but that just crashes mid render, and there support is worthless. I need help. I am late releasing this video, but im not releasing a 360p Video.
 
Experiment with your bit rate and export settings. My GoPro videos used to turn into trash, but with enough experimentation they look pretty damn clear now.
 
I would be using mp4 H.264. Also try exporting in a lossless format and see what happen. Lossless formats use a small amount of compression but no quality loss period.
 
Found a wmv that would seem to export at 1080p, but my bitrate is 32mb/s.

Might still try the suggestions. Now I need to come up with a catchy name, and a banner/icon, intro, maybe outtro, Any suggestions where I could find one of these?
