i'd really go towards showing more in your match ups on your sports videos, I didn't watch much as i'm busy at the moment. But I really have never seen a match up tournament like that and that's a good idea! Make custom thumbnails! there are many tutorials online and they're not very hard to make. Also invest in better backgrounds maybe add sports gameplay or music quietly in the background while you talk!
I'm not sure how to give the best advice as i'm a starter myself best of luck man!
