Wait so you have monetised a telltale games video? how did you do it exactly? Or is it because you're part of a network? I don't really know how to edit out music in the videos in case it makes the part i'm playing suddenly not make any sense as I had to edit a bit out, would be really great to get some advice, is freedom good to go with? I don't think I am getting enough views to join a network, subscribers are okay, but my views are pretty pathetic at the moment
 
I think that it would be better for you to wait a little bit and join a partnership because then your videos might be taken dow, so if you really want to monetize that particular series I guess you´ll have to wait.
 
I may just do this series as a starter, and not monetise unless I find a way too.
Just to see how it works out for my channel and just for me in general, see how people react to it
And if people enjoy my gaming videos I will make a separate gaming channel and join a gaming network on there so I can monetise them, that's the current plan anyway and obviously produce monetised videos on the side.
It will also help me learn new video editing skills as I currently use premiere pro and as of yet don't know how to do picture in picture on a video so people would be able to see me playing and the actual gameplay on the screen itself, and of course be able to hear me.
 
You should be able to verify your account with YouTube and enable monetization, but considering the size of your channel and the views it has I would just have fun and play the game and talk with your viewers.

I already am a youtube partner and have monetised videos I just wanted to know if I could monetise a video of gameplay I was planning on doing :)
