Pic and video copyright issues.

I want to start a weekly news segment about general geeky things. I planned on using images from whatever subject I would talk about as a back drop. Like if I was talking about the new final fantasy I might use a gameplay trailer I found while I talk over it. What kind of problems could I run into if I made my vids this way?

Well I m not sure bcz I dont upload gameplays, but as far I know gameplays have some sound effects that might subject to copyright, so that might have caused a copyright claim on u.
To avoid that I would suggest record the gameplay and add royalty free music on it, it might help but Im not 100% sure!

I'd look up the Fair Use copyright for "commenting on current events/news" - I think you should be covered to use anything related to an ongoing news story or coverage? (Which can of course be more tech/gaming news)
