PewDiePie doesnt care.

I swear to God there was something I've read that bit.ly paid you for clicking. I'm trying to find it. I know I'm not going f*****g crazy.

I don't think you'll find anything.

You are confusing bitly with adfly which forces people to watch an ad before being redirected. No doubt from this post:

bitly is legit. It's just a URL shortening service that does a 301 redirect and provides stats on clicks.

Pewdiepie isn't making a cent from that link.

Maybe you are confusing it with ad.fly, that's the url shortener that plays an ad as well.

Oh wow. You may be right. I'm a dumbass.

Well, I really do apologize about that. I was wrong about that and should have looked and remembered more clearly.

Honestly, from my first paragraph on here, you can pretty much remove everything about the bit.ly thing. I am really sorry.

I'm personally not a fan of PewDiePie, but I fail to see why he would care about his fans nor protesting about Google+ comments. It's probably disabled because he could not handle some competition, which is bound or any large channel...You have to be extremely guillable to succumb to a pasted generated message to click on their channel. Until I see some sort of rant video about the new comments system, my opinion remains the same.

i won't say that its just the comment section is all dum now with people trying to promote them selfs and google + stuff

The huge youtubers do get stupid amounts of spam. Maybe I'm naive...or maybe because I'm older than everyone here but if you're a full time youtuber, you're self employed. If he was making money off of links then would it be such a big deal? I'm not saying he should but really does it mean he doesn't care?

Even though I can't stand PewDiePie's videos, I don't think he did anything wrong here. I imagine he did it because the new Google+ update screwed the entire comments section up.
