Don`t forget that you aren`t getting a single Dollar more if you are having 1M or only one Sub. What does count is the among of Views you are getting each Month and how many of those are monetized. There are a couple of 1M YouTube Channels that earn way less then $10.000 each Month according to their last Year Tax report.
Not necessarily, he still will only need to pay the Corporation Tax as long as it remains in the company, plus if he moved again to somewhere with no income tax eg. Dubai, he wouldn't need to worry about it
A couple of my Friends did moved last Year to Dubai because of the Tax in Germany and Austria. Let`s put it that Way:
From only their savings now because of the saved Tax they are paying for their House and for those Cars they have rented out. Depending on how much you earn each month it might be really worth it for some.
I strongly believe that because of the Tax overall that pewdiepie will move in the end a third time from SE - UK -> <Insert a Country with no Income Tax> because I would do that if I were him or the Tax will kill him in the longer run when he every will go to pay it at some point.

My dad worked in Dubai for 2 years, he was on £150k a year, and he said that it was killing him, because there may be no tax, but things are so expensive that you need to be in the seriously crazy money to afford to live there.

100% correct. Dubai is indeed expensive as hell but if you earn a lot through YouTube it might be still worth it since living in Austria/Germany and probably Switzerland too you have often up to a 50% Tax starting at a yearly income of €60.000 each Year which will break your Neck if YouTube is your only Income sooner or later.
Compared to that Dubai seem to be like a Paradise with their 0% Income Tax. Both of my Friends and their Girlfriends (1. Car YouTube Channel/2. Gaming Channel/1. Make Up Channel) saved more then 200.000€ since late 2011 by only moving all together to a House in Dubai and leaving Austria and Germany behind them.
I can understand why your Dad said that it was killing him since alone I am pretty sure that he would easily spent more for the overhead then actually saving anything over there. Actually those cost are one of the reason why I`m still hesitating to move finally over there even I`m getting at least once a Month a Facetime Call from them asking me if I did changed my mind
Again Dubai might be worth it if you are paying a Tax that is close to 50% and are making each Year more then $150.000 but I want to make just clear that everyone that wants to do that step should first consult a accountant that can exactly count down the Numbers down how much someone could save in the longer run and at least for the first Year it might not be as much as some might suspect simple because Dubai is as expensive as it is luxurious.
