Hundreds, maybe even thousands of people know you exist.

Hundreds, maybe even thousands of people have seen your face, heard your voice, and seen your work.

Hundreds, maybe even thousands of people, all over the world, know you exist.

:eeks:
!!!! doesn't that just blow your mind a little bit?! like even just a little!

Perhaps, but even so I don't really notice it in day to day life. So it's more of a far away kind of deal.
fair enough, but the likelihood that a random person you pass on the street may have seen some your work is greatly heightened by the fact that you're on YouTube. the possibility that strangers even in your everyday life may have stumbled across you on the internet i think is profound. :O_o2:

You're right, that is mind-blowing! Even though I only have a few subs so it's probably not in the hundreds, there are still some people who know who I am because they've watched my videos, and that's wonderful!

Does this mean it's a small world after all? Or does it mean it's not such a small world after all? :D Either way, it's a good feeling knowing you might have entertained someone half a world away.

Yep, this wasn't possible in the pre-internet period. That's the cool thing about internet. Spreading my lovely talented voice to anyone who doesn't want to hear, that's not possible IRL.

Oh, now I think about it, this is possible. Sit on a side of a busy train/bus station or along a busy street and start performing/singing. You get +10.000 views a day....
