person uploads video with me twice a day without permission

She is uploading that video everyday, i report video but shes is uploading it again and again. how can I solve this problem, i want from her to delete that video even from her computer...
 
If you want to make sure she deletes the video you would need a court order. YouTube will terminate the account once she collected three strikes for privacy violations.
 
Yes its embrasing, she posted three times, tomorow she will post again maybe so i will block her account forever, but she can create another account, it is posible to block that e-mail or something else on youtube?
 
Somebody who has his account terminated is for having one again. So YouTube automatically scans new accounts for contact data.
