There's a youtuber with 400,000+ subs who has been slandering the network I'm associated with publicly. Via video and Facebook. I'm sure this is in some violation of contract?
If it was what outcome would happen? With his channel.
Thanks
Proceeding with a lawsuit against him most likely wouldnt be the best idea for the Freedom network, I can imagine them getting a lot of bad publicity if they chose to do that. They already have plenty of that. I can imagine Shoenice being rather upset with Georges video if he wasnt informed there would be one, it would be similar to me making a video announcing whenever a 100k verified channel joins YTtalk, I am sure it would annoy them to no end and send them away from here. I am sure we will hear why it was said eventually.
"yuh mom is a hoe" pffft, dude i cant stop laughing, honestly who cares what shoenice says about a network bro? his opinion, he can say what he wishes, how does this even affect you? Why cant i stop laughing? XD
The definition of slander is making untrue statements (from the little I saw they appear to be true) are the statements he is making untrue? If so, then it is slander, but pursuing it would further hurt Freedom's already pretty bad reputation.
I agree with the two above, it's hardly slander..
You can't file a lawsuit on something you just don't want to hear, just don't follow the guy if so
I've looked at the situation from both sides and I believe there is issues from both parties, shoenice for not reading a contract and going from telling all his partners to join one month to hating them the next but the the Freedom sub-network for telling what seem to be false promises to get him to signup, there's no way he would have made more from a network with no adsales so this never should have been mentioned as a perk.
I just realised what he meant by the whole shelter thing, the move to freedom must have meant he hasn't had his rent money from his earnings, at least I would guess at that.
Wasnt that the lad, who at some point ran from King of the Web and got kicked out, because his videos were of him eating/drinking things normal people should probably not in take?
