Perfectionism, you Sneaky Snake!

So, I'm slaving away at putting yet another "final edit" on my latest video, and I get an email titled:

Your Idea of “Perfect” Is Killing Your Business Dreams.

You were so right, sir, and it busted me out of my funk (at least temporarily, lol)
After I read that golden nugget, I flicked myself in the a**, and finished the edit that I've been dogging for weeks.

I've got a mental problem, I'm sure, but It feels so good to ship it!!

Amen. I've learned that there's always gonna be something I wish I could have done differently when I watch my videos back. I try to take that as motivation to make the next video even better.

It's true.

To get a video from quality 95% (very good) to 100% (excellent) will often take waay more than an extra 5% of time. It'll probably take 20% of the total time and that's just not an efficient use of your time. It's better to just release the video at 95% good and then start the next one.

That's great that you're using that as motivation.[DOUBLEPOST=1536177616,1536177565][/DOUBLEPOST]

95% is a darn good video! Thanks for that.
