TBH, it needs to have the ability to be able to make accurate cuts both for video and music and also the option to use multiple video files as well (Not just a single long video file) if I was being extreme the option to do digital movement and maybe basic color keying would be nice too but I neednt go mad...if im editing off my phone it means one of two things really...either my computers blown up and I need to put a message out to say videos will be irregular for the forseeable or im not in the country and I want to do a quick vlog/ push a video on short notice...
