People that subscribe to everyone... is it sub4sub?

Exactly... At least when I subscribe it's with genuine interest and with no backhanded intention of getting a sub back.

It's just another way of sub4subbing in my opinion. :wtf:
 
I know one account in particular that he is trying so hard to become a player. I have him blocked because he would spam/promote his videos on my channel. I do keep tabs on him just like I do other competition. One day, I was looking at his Feed and he was subbing to EVERYBODY. I checked some of the accounts that he subbed to and they had ZERO videos and ZERO subs. He was subbing to somebody once a minute! Clearly, he wasn't checking out their channels. All in the hopes that somebody would sub back.

Wow that person must be really desperate... subscribing to regular Youtube users who don't even have a channel. :O_o2:
People who feel the need to do that obviously do not have confidence in their content.
 
If they're subscribing to tons of people solely for the purpose of hoping they will subscribe back, then yea, I think it's the same thing. They have no intention to watch the people they subscribe to.
 
As a YouTuber you hope that your subscriptions are genuine people that are interested, that's the point of subscribing isn't it? So I agree with you that subscribing just to get someone to subscribe to you probably isn't the best thing you could be doing, but if your subscriptions to channels that you actually enjoy build up I think that's great, then you're supporting those you enjoy on YouTube!

Yes, if they are enjoying the channel then that's fine, I definitely agree.

The case that I'm referring to it's like a channel that just started less than three months ago and they have 700 something subscriptions. This person is not even that active, has 10 videos out and is spam sub4subbing... Their content is horrible too. All this person is doing is simply subbing to everyone that has a channel. They are not supporting. :unsure2:
 
I have 1600 subscriptions. I am a really giving in person, i subscribe to most people that present a good video. I know it sounds mean that i don't watch most of them, but that's so many to keep track of, there are so many subscriptions, I look up the ones i want to watch.
