PC is down. What to do in the meantime ?

I didnt think nitendo is copyrighted.
I gonna have to look that up.
But what ive heard about the Roms you need for the emulators to work that they are legal as long as you ha r owned the same game in a hard form ( dunno if download counts ) or its too rare or old to get it...

ROMS are only legal if you make them yourself. (Dump your game cartrdiges/disks onto your computer and make them into a ROM/ISO file)

Nintendo isn't "copyrighted", but they usually put a matched 3rd party on your videos if it picks up on some of the soundtrack.
I also haven't experienced getting third party matches on older games. (GameCube, N64 etc.)

It basically means that it matches/finds some copyrighted material in your video that a company owns the rights for
You can have the video up, it won't give you any strikes, but you won't be able to monetize the video(s) with Matched 3rd Party Content.

Well my YouTube auto monetised everything. Will it be demonized as soon as it gets matched?

Nope. It's not.
Because you are basically downloading someone else's "license" (The ROM)

99% of people just download ROMS, but it's still not the legal way to do it :P
You are allowed to make your own digital copies of your own games, but you are not allowed to download ROMS, even if you already own the game.
