Request Paying for channel banner

A YOUTUBE banner would not take up the whole page the dimensions you gave appear like this

If it has multiple sizes he can use that one then? and i dont know nothing woopty doo -.- but if he wants a bigger one i will gladly make a bigger one

No it is not multiple sizes. It is one size, that then has selections made from it depending on the platform. Let the real designers work here. Ignorance is not needed.
 
Im learning you have a problem with that? And i already said i would make a bigger one with the new size if he requests it
im not ignorant i have a right to say what i think is correct its not hard to make a mistake and he may like my banner so why should i leave and give up you douche. I have no problem with being wrong.However, you calling me ignorant because I argued back is not only ridiculously stupid but rude as well.
