Partnered On Previous Channel and Now On New Channel..Need Help.

I started to vlog on new channel about three days ago, but I had an old channel that was partner verified I was able to get this new channel verified, but it's been about three years since I've had anything to do with youtube partners. How can I use partner privileges on this extremely new account to my advantage?

You have the partner privileges but you ask how to use them?
Like, the thumbnail, etc?
Maybe I'm missing something here
