Panels at YouTube Conventions

I've never been to a convention but the Vidcon channel has started posting panels. I can highly recommend the "Women on YouTube" and "Race and Representation" panels! They were excellent. But the comedy panel "Laughing At & With Us" was a hot mess. Neither helpful for creators nor particularly funny. I blame it entirely on the moderator who I think was just winging it. :confused:
 
Sounds fun regardless. My only problem with such a con is that it's a blatant reminder that I'm a small Youtuber, lol. I'm a nobody and noone will honestly recognize me or say 'OMG It's Mark Rodriguez!!!' or whatnot..... and yeah, yeah, I know it's kinda arrogant for me even think this way, but if it's a Youtube con and I'm a Youtuber for like... 5 years by now, I kinda hope some people recognize me or acknowledge me or something. LOL

I'd probably be guilty of promoting my channel at the 'small youtubers' panel too.
