Outside youtube exposure

Hi! So im looking for a way to get wxposure on some of my videos, and I've already done all the youtube editing stuff (tags titles etc) I was just wondering, which iways have you found out that work for gettin exposure, reddit, twotter ,google+ whatever. And what hashtags or people do you tag? Thanks!
 
I found quite a few collab partners either on Reddit or on here haha. Twitter has driven quite a bit of traffic to my site, if you engage with people they're more likely to check you out as a new channel, that's my opinion anyway. Then again what do I know, you have more subscribers than me XD
 
Twitter and reddit work best for me.
Twitter can be like a search engine when using the right hashtags.
People search hashtags and if you get your timing right you can get some traction.
Reddit is the same, if your willing to find the right sub groups that are interested in your topic.

It really depends on your content.

My latest video is about the Australian election and a leaders debate between the two main parties.
I posted the video both in the "Political Videos" subreddit and the "Australia" Sub reddit. 50% of the view have come from youtube searches and 40% have come directly from reddit.

Think about what the core of your video is and search that phrase in reddit - if there is a subreddit devoted to it, it will show up.
If there isnt then broaden your search eg ps4 or political or dogs whatever the theme of your video is.
 
Market yourself be on twitter, reddit, facebook, instragram and many more. you will gain exposure and get known
