Outro help...How do I change the outro after upload?

I have an outro screen, and my plan was to have a sample of the previous and next upload playing in it with annotations over them to bring you to the video. The previous upload is easy, can be done in editing. But next upload can only be added after another upload has been added. So how do I change just the outro to include the next episode? Should I make the outro separate from the actual upload and use the video editor thing? That would require uploading two outros for every one upload...that's a lot of work.

Any ideas?

I've never tried that, to be honest the easiest thing would just be to have text saying "next video" or something like that, that way you don't have to worry about adding anything else. The other thing you could do is have the next video done before you upload the current one - then you can add it in during editing, giving your viewers a small preview of your next video

I had thought of the second option but that's not always guaranteed. I guess it could be a failsafe though to have a second episode ready before uploading the first, that way you reduce the risk of big gaps between uploads....I guess I'll try that. Unless someone else has any ideas on how to accomplish it otherwise?

Ah, I couldn't find this forum originally. Thought it would go in intro/outro but I found out that was a service request forum...thought advice would be good. Thanks for moving it to the right place.
