Out of sight, out of mind

Every huge gaming channel posts that much because they can upload almost any video and get away with it. My personal opinion when someone uploads 2-3 videos a day while being a small channel looks like you're spamming for quantity instead of quality.

The reason they post every day isn't because they can post w/e they want, not sure where you're getting that from. It's to keep their audiences engaged and to keep up with the times etc. New games are constantly coming out everyday - If you researched this online, any big YouTuber or those who work PR for the YouTubers could tell you that.

There are channels from 60k subs to 100k subs to 1 million, they all post twice a day, are they HUGE? No, they're big but not huge enough to post just because "they can post whatever they want". That's the usual norm for any gaming channel with a decent amount of subs.

Mine is pretty much suffering from that I think. Or maybe I just chose the wrong times to upload. Anyways I usually upload once a week but my schedule has been inconsistent because of college. Right now I'm getting way less than I used to

Being inactive usually makes people leave, because they like to see regular content. Usually, but every huge gaming channel always post 1-2 times a day. Now, there's not much you can do except keep uploading consistently so people can either come back or keep viewing it.

Hum, I see, 2 times a day, though? I wish I had that kind of time to do it, oh well. Thanks for the reply[DOUBLEPOST=1477246041,1477245939][/DOUBLEPOST]

You might be onto something here, I didn't think of it that way.[DOUBLEPOST=1477246114][/DOUBLEPOST]
Don't focus on this too much! Just move on and upload as consistently as you are able to! Good luck :)

Thanks for the encouragement :)[DOUBLEPOST=1477246289][/DOUBLEPOST]

Hmm, I feel your pain, I was just getting started to upload once a week before circumstances made me inactive for about a month[DOUBLEPOST=1477246340][/DOUBLEPOST]
Nothing just keep uploading more will come :D

Lol, simply as that, right? I like your style[DOUBLEPOST=1477246448][/DOUBLEPOST]
its normal for people to unsub, it used to really bother me now it doesn't x

Really? I hope to get in that place soon, because right now, it makes me feel like I have to start from scratch.

I'm too young on YouTube to have experienced this yet but I'd say don't let it deter you. You're going to get a lack of views sometimes, but what I've read everywhere is that the important thing is consistency. Keep uploading and focus on sculpting the channel that you want to build.

Yeah, I guess, but it's easier said than done. However, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?

Yeah dude absolutely it's easier said than done. Although if you push yourself to create content when your not motivated then that's a great asset to have. If you're gonna become a bigger YouTuber one day then having that ability will be priceless.

I totally agree, or in the word of Stewie in Family Guy, ''spot on, spot on'';)
