Yeah... Sometimes if it's a really big sub number and little views, it's more likely a sub4sub deal.

But yeah it's something that happens to everyone. It'd be shocking if all X amount of subs watched someone's videos every single time they uploaded.

It seems like some popular channels that have lets say 100,000 subscribers usually get around 100,000 views within the first three days they upload a video with likes/dislikes and comments. It leads me to believe that these channels have subscribers that are actively engaged and are waiting for an upload.

What's interesting is to see what portion of your views come from subscribers. I'm betting the bigger channels get a larger portion of non-subscriber views than the small ones.
