We only post original helmet cam videos from amateur motocross events (we're physically at the event recording these videos). So the video is original as is the audio (no background music is used), however lately about 50% of our uploads are getting flagged with the "Not monetized, click to provide proof of commercial use rights". After filling out the form, stating that we own all the rights to the video, it switches to "Monitoring for possible review" and stays there.
I'd also like to note that most are approved for monetization right after uploading and this isn't happening until after they get a few thousand views. Latest one has been published since Jan 24th and has close to 7,000 views.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
Any suggestions on what we should be replying to the "I can provide proof of commercial use rights" form with?
