Did you read my whole thing about YouTube not agreeing to Parody? It's in the license deal and everything.

I think we crossed wires while I was typing my response, yours hadn't been posted yet. Interesting distinction, although it's going to be difficult for most content creators to distinguish between parody and satire, especially when there are so many satirical videos already being allowed. That's what makes YouTube difficult for a lot of people is the inconsistency in the way the rules are applied, people assume if enough channels are doing it, it must be allowed.
 
I'm not sure if it's inconsistency or the fact that Sony and other haven't found all the parodies/satires. Some could be licensed and that's why they are up there. YouTubers could say they don't have permission but they could. I don't really think we can trust what others say. LOL Barley Political has been parodies for years and some are satire but they have never gotten a video taken down to my knowledge so they must be getting permission.
