Opinions On New Channel Design?

Hey guys,
So over the last couple of days I have been completely changing my channel design.
I now have a new banner and end card and I plan to do a new style of thumbnail (but I'm not entirely sure what to do yet ).
So I would like some opinions on my new banner and end card, I know they are pretty simple but I didn't want anything over the top.
