I watched that when I finished my work and it was very offensive to me I like Miley but that video was the first time I ever seen something like that omg!!!
 
I don't have an issue with it. The licking part is weird lol but I mean, she's almost 21. What she does shouldn't really matter anymore.

yeah I guess so she must be confident with herself enough to do that i mean I would never do that someone said that I was like Miley in a rude way so i blocked them for it was on youtube a while ago[DOUBLEPOST=1379676649,1379676588][/DOUBLEPOST]

I just... DON'T like her she is awful when I was younger I used to watch her show but I grew out of it and when I see what she does I just think is horrible. She want's to be the new Rihanna -___-.

bottom line, in my opinion - unnecessary video. Shock value done on purpose; and it worked.
 
Just because you are 21 doesn't mean it is time to take your clothes off. Heck, I am almost double that and I plan to be wearing pants this morning when I walk out the door. You kids are the next generation of world citizens. Read your history books (preferably ones that are more than 50 years old). Find out what happens to civilizations when behavior like this becomes "acceptable". Spoiler Alert: It ALWAYS ends in death and destruction.

wow i had no idea about that but i do now that it could lead to emotional scarring if the person is not ready
