Opinions on BroadbandTV

Hey,

So I was recently contacted by a representative of BroadbandTV. I've been invited once before by a member in the network (Juicetra), but I chose another network over BBTV at the time.

I was doing a little research this time and there seems to be a LOT of negative feedback about BBTV. Does anyone have experience with them? Or know why there would be so many terrible reviews of their network?

*scratches head*

Also does anyone know how effective this "VISO tag optimization" feature they offer is? They seem to be doing nothing but promoting this particular feature. I mean hey, if it really can make your channel grow rapidly, sounds great! But then again it could just be a draw in for smaller channels. :S
 
BBTV management is horrible. I believe a good number of their recruiters just left in the last few days.

The tags/SEO optimization feature they have is essentially the same thing as the google adwords keyword tool.

If you go with BBTV they'll just want to lock you in a 3-5 year contract and take a percent of your revenue for doing nothing.

3-5 year contract, what the heck. Thank god I didn't accept their invitation to link with their network 0_O

So my buddy and I, we run the channel together, have just been offered a contract spanning 1 year or less, negotiable. As well as this, we have been offered a negotiable split in our earnings. Any thoughts?

According to your social blade you're already in creative nation. Switching to Broadband would be a downgrade.
 
If you wish to be locked in to a 3-5 year agreement, then sure, go for BroadBandTV.

And you're already with Creative Nation, why go to BBTV?
 
BBTV are terrible, they lie too. I mean why else did George Vanous sell TGN? He professionally can't destroy them so he said it was due to wanting different things
 
We got contacted by a recruiter from bbtv last month, they wanted us to sign a 2 year contract. We talked to the guy for about an hour or so (first time hearing about networks) too. When we asked what they do to help us grow, he said they would give us shoutouts. We skyped him back and said we werent sure and we would think about it some more. He ended up blocking us after that but I guess better for us haha!
