Only uploading every 10 days?

Hi, guys. I'm a really small youtuber and I'm trying to figure this all out. I keep seeing help videos saying to upload new videos either once a day or once a week. I do longer videos and the editing takes a while. I can't do daily. I don't think I can even do weekly.

Is there any detriment to uploading a video every 10 days?

I hear that youtube learns when you upload if you upload consistently and pushes your videos on those days? Is that true?
 
you are doing fine, video creation is stressful enough dont have to follow trends/hype & all the advice, go as you feel, I havn't uploaded in a month due to work & school

Thank you. Even if I do upload once every 10 days, will that still grow my channel? I'm having a hard time with it. When we started, the person I do my channel with brought like 15 subscribers, but now growth has slowed to almost a dead stop. :/

it's not like you have a new person coming in each week with 15 subs,, so that was no growth,,,,,,,,,,,,,it will take a while, possibly years, it's important to choose a topic that gives many benefits, like joy or respect, so that you will feel fine doing all this work for free for a very long time,,,,, btw great thumbnail/banner/logo designs

I sometimes upload every week, sometimes 2nd week and sometimes 3rd week.

If you follow all optimization trends early on in your ''YouTube career'' you are heading directly towards burnout town. Have fun with it, find your style and then see if you can make a little optimization here and there.

Uload at your pace, what is important is that you keep at it ...and don't also forget to promote your video yourself
 
constantly uploading videos are too important i guess. freqeuncy help to recognization by algorithm.

wh ocares. look at checkgate channel. almsot 4 bil views per month. You have to be chosen to be viewed
